Shipping

When will my order ship?
We handcraft, pack, and process all orders with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We currently ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the weight and destination of your order.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total, package weight, and delivery address.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Thank you for understanding.

Will I get tracking info?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Returns & Satisfaction

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my item arrives damaged or there's a problem with my order?
We want you to love everything you receive! If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or something seems off, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We'll do our best to make it right.

Are your products free of harmful chemicals?
Yes! We’re committed to clean, skin-loving ingredients. All of our products are always free from:

  • Parabens

  • Phthalates

  • Sulfates

  • Petrochemicals

  • Synthetic dyes or colorants

We never compromise on safety or quality — only the good stuff goes into our formulations.

Do your soaps contain synthetic fragrance?
Our scents are created using essential oils and premium, phthalate-free fragrance blends. Every ingredient is carefully vetted for safety and skin-friendliness. We also provide essential oil only scented products.

How should I store my soap?
To help your soap last longer, store it in a dry, well-drained spot between uses. We recommend using a soap dish with good drainage or soap saver bag.
